A high quality apprenticeship offers young people the experience, skills and understanding that can often lead straight into full-time employment. The Association is committed to engaging with the government and key employers operating in this sector to ensure there is a suitable supply of workers with the relevant skills and knowledge to improve outcomes for children and young people.

This work sits under the Association’s Workforce Development Policy Committee.
